“In most cases, I am working with individuals who already have tons of success markers, but who are frustrated by one or two areas where they can’t seem to break a frustrating pattern. The answers are not complicated, they just require a little perspective, support and practice.”

ABOUT CHRISTINA

From pitch meetings and presentations to relationship challenges and company culture, she specializes in helping individuals and groups achieve their personal and professional goals through authentic, empowered communication, clearly defined objectives, and effective messaging.

Christina is the in-house communication coach for a prominent entertainment law firm in New York and Beverly Hills. She also serves as the Senior Communication Advisor for a national behavioral health organization.

Christina has led numerous workshops, been a podcast guest, and featured speaker on the subject of communication and creating and maintaining relationships that work. Her clients include executives, attorneys, actors, producers, and business owners.

Christina is driven by a passionate desire to be of service and to help others translate areas of frustration and discomfort into success and joy.

“For years I coached actors on how to have great connections with others while also knowing their value and feeling worthy of great meetings. I regularly had non-actors requesting private work, and I was constantly being told that I should be a life coach(a title I always cringed at). Then one day a friend/client stated that she saw me as a “Conscious Living” coach. That title worked for me and within a few months of launching my practice in 2008, I was leading workshops and speaking at Agape International Spiritual Center, where I gained further exposure and started working with clients across the U.S. and beyond. Today, I don’t worry too much about what I’m called, I am just incredibly grateful for work that brings me extraordinary joy.”

In almost all of my work I have found a tremendous need for people to strengthen their ability to:

Own their value - Ask for what they need - Negotiate well

Common challenges for coaching clients:

  • More effective communication in business including: pitches, presentations, reports, collaboration and negotiations

  • Relationships: Clarifying what you need and want and creating more authentic connections

  • Transitions (Career or company change, team dynamics, client relationships)

  • Feeling generally “stuck” in various areas and needing support to gain clarity and direction to feel more (ease, peace, confidence, joy…)
